The Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) is the official governing body responsible for the promotion, regulation, and development of volleyball in Nigeria. As a recognized member of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and the African Volleyball Confederation (CAVB), NVBF oversees the growth of the sport at all levels, from grassroots programs to elite competitions. The Federation is committed to creating opportunities for athletes, coaches, and officials while ensuring Nigeria’s strong representation in continental and global volleyball events.
With a focus on national and international competitions, NVBF organizes the Nigeria Volleyball Premier League, youth development programs, and training camps aimed at discovering and nurturing future stars. Nigerian teams have consistently competed in the African Volleyball Championships, All Africa Games, and Beach Volleyball qualifiers, making notable progress and earning recognition on the international stage. Through strategic partnerships and continuous investment in talent development, the Federation aims to strengthen Nigeria’s presence in world volleyball.
